Refund Policy

At The K Way Academy, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with the services and training we provide. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will provide refunds for our lash training courses and services. By enrolling in our courses or booking services through our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

    

All course deposits are non- refundable, but can be transferred to another date, subject to our availability. We kindly request that if you do need to reschedule, you provide 7 days notice. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your space on the course. The remaining balance of the course total is due 14 days before the first day of class. If I Failure to pay off the remaining balance 14 days before the class, The K Way will consider your lack of payment as forfeiting your seat in the class. Once the course has begun, you will no longer be eligible for a refund of the course.

 

2. Course Rescheduling

 

If you are unable to attend a scheduled training course, you may request to reschedule your course instead of receiving a refund:

 

      •     Course rescheduling requests must be made no later than 7 days before the course start date.

      •     Only one rescheduling request is allowed per course booking, subject to availability.

      •     Failure to attend the rescheduled date will result in forfeiture of the course fee, and no further refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

 

3. Changes to Courses and Services

 

The K Way Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or service in exceptional circumstances. If we cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the course at a future date, depending on your preference.
