General

By booking and attending a course at The K Way Academy, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The K Way Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any updates will be posted on our website.

Booking & Payment

To book a course, you can do so online through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due before the start of the course. Please note that all payments are non-refundable except under specific circumstances, which are outlined in our refund policy. We also offer payment plans through Clearpay, which are subject to approval by the respective provider.

Course Content

The K Way Academy reserves the right to make changes to the course content, training materials, kits, and schedules at our discretion. While we strive to keep our students informed of any significant changes, these may occur without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the start of the course are eligible for a refund, minus a £50 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable, except in the case of medical emergencies, for which proof will be required. If The K Way Academy cancels a course for any reason, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Liability

The K Way Academy is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during the course, except where such loss or injury is due to our own negligence. Students are responsible for their personal belongings during training sessions.

Certification

Students will receive certification upon the successful completion of the course. Certification is awarded based on meeting all course requirements, and The K Way Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if the student does not meet these standards.

Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant UK laws. For details on how we use and protect your personal information, please refer to our privacy policy.
